UT Permian Basin Men’s Cross Country picked up a first place vote in the Lone Star Conference preseason polls announced by the league on Tuesday.  Overall the men were picked to finish ninth while the women were picked to finish 15th by the leagues coaches, sports information directors, and members of the media.
