Rep. Tony Gonzales has been serving as a U.S. Representative for Texas’s 23rd District since 2021. Born in 1980, Gonzales holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Excelsior College and resides in San Antonio. On April 18, 2025, Gonzales shared a religious message in observance of Good Friday. On April 20, 2025, Easter Sunday, Gonzales expressed Easter greetings by sharing another scriptural reference, “He is not here; he is risen, just as he said.” Matthew 28:6. He accompanied the quote with personal well wishes, saying, “From my family to yours—we wish you a happy and blessed Easter.”
