El Paso Community College (EPCC) Cross Country teams competed at the prestigious Oklahoma State Jamboree against many university and colleges from around the nation. The men's and women's teams were both the top National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) school and finished ahead of most universities involved at the meet,
The Tejanas are ranked 3rd in the nation and finished in 18th place. They were led by reigning National Champion, Faith Nyathi (86) and Alondra Valles (186),
The Tejanos finished in 20th place. They were led by Adams Biwott (125) and Kelvin Chiku (146).
Next up for EPCC is the New Mexico JC Invitational on October 14 in Hobbs, New Mexico.
