The senior out of St. Petersburg, Fla., Diana Rosenthal earns the first Southwestern Athletic Conference Player of the Week Honors of the 2022-23 season.
Rosenthal put up a weekly total of 61 points leading the Panthers to a 2-1 overall record on the season. In each of her performances last week to open the basketball season, she posted 22 points on versus Huston-Tillotson, while putting up 21 points versus Wiley College. She added 18 points in the loss to Washington State.
Overall Rosenthal had stats in four categories with 61 points, 14 rebounds, seven assists, and eight steals.
Her and the Lady Panthers will get back to work when they host the Lamar Cardinals, on Wednesday evening at 5:30 p.m. in the William J. Nicks Building on Nov. 16, 2022.
