Rep. Tony Gonzales, a U.S. Congressman representing Texas's 23rd District since 2021, has recently shared his views on social media regarding immigration and border policies under the Biden administration. His statements reflect concerns over national security and immigration enforcement.

On November 17, 2024, Rep. Gonzales posted a tweet criticizing the Biden administration for a significant reduction in deportations of convicted criminals compared to the previous administration. He stated: "Under the Biden administration, deportations for convicted criminals DROPPED 74% compared to the Trump administration. Our nation is not a haven for the world’s bad actors. We will make America safe again."

The following day, November 18, 2024, he expressed his opinion on the entry of criminal aliens into the United States. In his post, he remarked: "This barbarian should have NEVER entered our country. Deporting criminal aliens needs to be at the top of our list."

On November 19, 2024, Rep. Gonzales addressed issues related to President Biden's border policies and their impact on children. He highlighted an ongoing hearing by Homeland GOP aimed at holding the current administration accountable for these matters: "President Biden’s failed border policies have caused hundreds of THOUSANDS of innocent children to go missing. Today, @HomelandGOP is holding a hearing to get answers and hold this administration accountable for failing the most vulnerable among us."
