Rep. Tony Gonzales, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Texas's 23rd District since 2021, recently shared updates on social media regarding various events and initiatives. Born in 1980 and currently residing in San Antonio, Gonzales has been active in addressing both local and national issues.

On January 23, 2025, Rep. Gonzales expressed his concern for law enforcement officers injured in an incident. He stated, "I am praying for a swift recovery for the San Antonio officers injured last night in Stone Oak."

Later that day, he welcomed constituents from South Texas to Washington D.C., encouraging others to visit as well. He tweeted, "Great to welcome South Texans to D.C. for their tour of the Capitol." He also provided information on how individuals can sign up for tours.

On January 25, 2025, Rep. Gonzales reported from El Paso while accompanying Border Patrol agents. He emphasized efforts towards border security by stating, "We’re all in—law and order is finally being restored at our border."
