On March 25, 2025, Rep. Tony Gonzales expressed his optimism about American space exploration. He extended his gratitude to Bill Nye and Explore Planets for their meeting with him that day.

Later that day, Gonzales addressed immigration concerns based on information provided by ICE. He mentioned that "hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens with criminal convictions were in our country," highlighting the need for collaboration among local, state, and federal law enforcement to ensure public safety.

In another tweet posted on the same day, he acknowledged France as an important ally in counterterrorism efforts. Gonzales expressed appreciation towards Ambassador Olivier Caron and emphasized ongoing cooperation between the two nations by stating: "France is a partner to the United States—our two nations are working together on counterterrorism efforts and mitigating global threats."
