City of Pecos issued the following announcement on July 21.
As the Town of Pecos City continues to provide the service and resources needed and wanted by the community, we call upon the youth of our town to help us provide the services and address the issues affecting today's youth. Are you or someone you know an incoming Freshman through Senior in High School? Do you have a want to improve the world for your peers and whole community? Do you have the want to work in the community and make those improvements needed? Then you are who we are looking for to join our Pecos Youth Advisory Commission to let your voices be heard and do what needs to be done.
