The public hearing on proposed tax rates for Pecos County and the Midland College Williams Regional Technical Training Center maintenance tax had no presenters on Aug. 17 at the regular session of the Pecos County Commissioners Court at the County Courtroom, Pecos County Courthouse in Fort Stockton, Texas.
